Dear Giovanni,
Your journey to the Andes starts here!
At 1,400 metres altitude in a Single Vineyard of the Pedernal Valley, this extraordinary Block N°4 Malbec was created. An elegant wine with intense and full-bodied aromas. The flavour of this Malbec is characterised by notes of blackcurrant, spice, vanilla, leather, tobacco and pepper. Much attention is paid to the unique terroirs this grape grows on, and the limestone subsoil gives the wine a mineral finish.
A perfect addition to your wine list!
Wondering why? If you are looking for more diversity on your wine list, an Argentine wine should definitely not be missed. Argentina offers a wide range of wines and stands out with its unique Malbec grape, which will complete your wine list. What makes Argentine wines so special today is the strong focus on terroir. Winemakers pay close attention to the soil structure and elevation of their vineyards, resulting in wines that beautifully reflect the expression of their origin. The Pyros vineyards, for instance, are known for their limestone subsoil and higher elevation, giving them a fruity flavour and mineral finish. This gives the wines sophistication and distinct character. Whereas Malbec used to be mainly known for its heavy, full-bodied style, today you can also taste more freshness and elegance in the wines thanks to shorter wood ageing.
Perfect pairings!
We’ve analyzed your menu, and this unique Malbec pairs beautifully with several dishes. It complements red meats, tapas, and mature cheeses wonderfully. Your menu offers plenty of options, like the Tournedos Rossini with Albufeira sauce and radicchio rosso, allowing the powerful yet refined flavors of the Malbec to truly shine. We are sure you will be thrilled by the unique taste of this special wine, different from all other great Malbecs from Argentina.
¡Salud!
